Our Work
Together
I enjoy helping clients who are struggling to live the life they envisioned for themselves. For many clients, self-esteem issues, challenges in relationships, depression, anxiety, and life transitions have left them feeling that they need greater support than what their current relationships and skills provide.
In our work together we can process what contributed to these feelings, what strengths you already have to make changes, and how we can help you heal and uncover new perspectives. Whether you are an adolescent or an adult, if you are looking to improve your relationship with yourself, decrease feelings of hopelessness and self-doubt, heal from difficult challenges, and increase a sense of peace and well-being, I am confident our work together will help you become the version of yourself you want to be.
