Client-Centered Therapy
Client-centered therapy, also known as person-centered therapy, is a type of therapy where the therapist creates a safe, non-judgmental space for the client to explore their feelings and thoughts.
The therapist listens carefully, shows empathy, and helps the person understand themselves better, trusting that the client has the ability to find their own solutions. The focus is on building a strong, trusting relationship so the client feels accepted and supported as they work through their challenges.
Client-Centered Therapy can HELP you learn:
"The greatest therapy is self-awareness, for when we truly understand ourselves, we hold the key to our own healing."
