No masks, no shame—just a space to be fully you.
My Approach
You don’t have to go through this alone—and you don’t have to pretend you're fine, either. I’m here to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and equipped to move forward—not just with insight, but with real strategies that work in everyday life. Together, we’ll explore what’s weighing on you and start building toward change that feels meaningful and doable. I understand how hard it can be to reach out—especially with the stigma that still surrounds mental health for veterans and so many others. That’s why my mission is simple: to break down those barriers and offer a safe, judgment-free space where you can be your full self, without apology.
