My Approach
I approach counseling from an integrative, client-centered perspective, combining cognitive therapy with a holistic, relational, and narrative approach. This means I not only focus on thoughts and behaviors but also consider the whole person- mind, body, and spirit- within the context of their relationships and personal stories.

My goal is to create a supportive space where clients can explore their challenges, develop new insights, and find healing. I have a special interest in working with children, helping them navigate emotional and behavioral challenges for both them and their families.
Education
&
Experience
I currently am in my practicum portion of my Masters of Science in Counseling from Carin University in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. I am working at Spring Grove Counseling as an intern under the supervision of James Mena. I bring a unique blend of experiences as a former educator, veteran wife, and a variety of church ministry roles. This has shaped my understanding of the importance of community, resilience, and faith throughout the healing process.
