Play Therapy
Play therapy is a type of therapy where children use play to express their feelings, work through problems, and cope with difficult emotions. Since kids may not have the words to talk about their feelings, play helps them communicate in a way that's natural for them.
A therapist might use toys, games, or art to help the child explore their emotions, understand their experiences, and find healthy ways to cope. It's a safe, non-judgmental space where children can feel understood and supported.
Play Therapy can HELP your child learn:
"Play is our brain's favorite way of learning."
