My Approach

You don’t need to have it all figured out—you just need a space to start untangling what’s been weighing you down.

In our sessions, we’ll focus on what matters most to you: understanding what’s behind the overwhelm, building emotional strength, and making progress you can actually feel. Together, we’ll work toward your goals at a pace that feels safe, steady, and empowering.

I’ll bring tools like cognitive behavioral strategies, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques—but more importantly, I’ll meet you where you are, and help you find clarity in the chaos.

We’ll look at what’s contributing to your current patterns, identify the strengths you already have (even if you can’t see them yet), and use them to help you move forward.

You don’t have to stay stuck in survival mode. The version of yourself you want to be? It’s already in there—we’ll uncover it together.

Experience

I have a Master's degree in Social Work from Brigham Young University. I have worked in a non-profit welfare agency, family treatment center, and in telehealth counseling. I have significant expertise with children, adolescents and adults. I am also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California and Texas.
