Relationships & Trauma Therapy in Spring, Texas
When you’ve been through difficult or traumatic experiences, it can feel impossible to break free from shame, self-doubt, or reactivity in relationships. You may find yourself anxious, lonely, or misunderstood—longing for peace but stuck in patterns that keep pulling you back.
You don’t have to keep fighting with yourself or repeating the same painful cycles.
Who I help:
Caregivers navigating overwhelm, burnout, and constant giving
Women who feel unseen, unworthy, or disconnected from themselves
Adolescents struggling with anxiety, loneliness, or frequent conflict at home
Couples caught in cycles of fighting, silence, or disconnection

My approach:
Clients describe me as compassionate, validating, and grounding. I believe you are the expert on your own experience, and there’s no such thing as saying the “wrong” thing in therapy. Together, we’ll explore the parts of yourself that carry pain and help them move toward healing and balance. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-focused therapies, and practical coping tools—always tailoring our work to your needs and values. My goal is to help you create the breakthroughs that lead to greater peace, trust, and connection.
We’ll start with a free 15-minute phone call to answer your questions and give you a feel for how I work. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll use the first session to explore your story, your challenges, and the goals you’d like to work toward.
Therapy sessions are available in-person or virtually, scheduled at a pace that works for you.
We will help you decide on the best path for you!
