A: Unlike an app, this session is fully personalized. A licensed therapist helps you with the exact stressors you’re carrying, adjusts as you go, and gives you real-time support.

 

Q: Do I need to bring anything?
A: Just yourself. We’ll suggest a quiet space where you can relax.

 

Q: Is this therapy?

A: This is a skills-based wellness session, not ongoing psychotherapy, though it is led by a licensed therapist for maximum benefit.

Q: Can I do this online?

A: Yes! All you need to do is find a quiet space away from distractions. We will guide you through the process and results are the same as and in-person session.
