Therapy for Children, Teens, and Adults in Spring, Texas
Life doesn’t always go the way we expect. Stress piles up, old wounds resurface, or transitions throw us off balance. Maybe you feel stuck, anxious, or unsure of how to move forward. Maybe you’ve lost confidence in yourself, or the way you show up in relationships doesn’t feel like “you” anymore.
You don't have to figure it out alone.
Who I help:
Children (8+) and teens struggling with anxiety, worry, or school stress
Young adults navigating life transitions or identity challenges
Women juggling relationships, self-worth, intimacy, or big life changes
Individuals processing grief, loss, or life transitions
Anyone who feels “stuck” in the same patterns and wants something different

My approach:
Clients describe me as warm, approachable, and steady. I meet you where you are, helping you find clarity in the chaos, uncover strengths you may not see yet, and take practical steps toward growth. I focus on understanding your story, not labeling it. Therapy with me is about building confidence, easing anxiety, and creating lasting change in your relationships, personal life, and sense of self.
We usually start with a simple conversation—a 15-minute consult to see if it feels like a good fit. If it does, we’ll move into weekly sessions to provide steady support and growth. Over time, sessions can be spaced out to every other week or adjusted to fit your needs.
Sessions are available virtually, making therapy accessible wherever you are.
We will help you decide on the best path for you!
