My approach:
Clients describe me as steady, supportive, and practical. I’ll meet you where you are, help you make sense of what’s contributing to your current patterns, and highlight the strengths you already carry (even if you can’t see them yet). Together, we’ll create a path forward—one that feels grounded, clear, and doable.
We’ll start with a 60-minute intake session over secure video, giving us time to explore your story, your goals, and what you hope to shift. From there, therapy sessions are 45 minutes and can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly—depending on the pace that fits your needs.
