LPC
Therapy for Children, Adolescents, and Adults in Spring, Texas
Life’s challenges—anxiety, grief, major transitions, or family struggles—can leave you feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, or stuck.
You don’t have to face these challenges alone.
Who I help:
Children and adolescents (ages 5+) navigating ADHD, anxiety, or school-related challenges
Adults coping with anxiety, depression, or mood disorders seeking holistic support
Individuals managing grief, infertility, or postpartum struggles
Clients experiencing major life transitions, such as career or family changes
Anyone seeking faith-based therapy to integrate spiritual values into healing
Parents or individuals looking to build self-care practices and healthy coping strategies

My approach:
Clients describe me as warm, compassionate, and relationship-driven. I combine cognitive behavioral, existential, humanistic, and attachment-based approaches to address your emotional, mental, social, and spiritual needs. My focus is on creating a safe space to explore challenges, practice coping strategies, and build lasting skills for resilience and connection.
We usually start with a 60-minute initial session to discuss your needs, explore goals, and outline a personalized plan. From there, therapy sessions are typically scheduled weekly, either in-person or online.
We will help you decide on the best path for you!
