Couples Counseling in Spring, Texas
I help couples find stability and peace throughout challenges.

Counselors are not meant to decide whether couples remain together or divorce—we are here to help facilitate change. Many of my clients find themselves in a cycle of “love you, hate you, can live with you, can’t live without you.” Counseling is about meeting you where you are—emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually—and helping carry the heavy lifting toward lasting change.

You don't have to navigate challenges alone.

Who I help:

  • People who love their spouse but are no longer “in love”

  • Couples suffering from the effects of unresolved conflict

  • Partners who feel stuck in marriage with no way out

  • Parents split on how to best manage responsibilities together

  • People doing “time” in a marriage, waiting for children to grow up

  • Couples navigating the aftermath of betrayal or infidelity

  • Those impacted by trauma, addiction, or dependency

My approach:

I am participatory and assertive when needed. At times, I’ve been known to talk in riddles to promote problem-solving and reflection. My goal is to help you identify errors of thought and feeling while exploring new tools and options for your future.

We begin with an assessment of your relationship to establish clear goals and objectives. From there, we work toward real change. In situations of significant trauma or complicated schedules, couples intensives can provide concentrated time for breakthrough and healing.

We will help you decide on the best path for you!
