I combine evidence-based techniques with a compassionate, personalized approach—helping you understand your challenges, practice new strategies, and create lasting change. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel supported, empowered, and equipped to step into a more grounded and authentic version of yourself.

We’ll begin with a 15-minute consult—a no-pressure conversation to explore what’s going on and whether we’re a good fit. If it feels right, we’ll move into weekly therapy sessions designed for steady growth and meaningful change.

  • Individual Therapy – support for trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, or stress


  • Couples Therapy – tools to improve communication, reduce conflict, and strengthen connection

Credentials & Training & Experience
  • Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (Texas)


  • Trained in Gottman Method, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)


  • Fluent in Spanish


  • Experienced in trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relational challenges
