"It's not the mountain we conquer, but ourselves"
-Edmund Hillary
As both a mental health professional and an avid hiker, I find that the journey of navigating life’s challenges often mirrors climbing a mountain. It takes courage, persistence, and tools to keep moving forward, especially when the path feels unclear.
My Approach
I blend traditional counseling techniques with a few unique approaches to keep things fresh and engaging. My main goal is to help you understand the root causes of your struggles, develop practical skills, and provide you with lasting strategies that create real progress. I believe that making meaningful change is the key to moving forward with more clarity and confidence.
Who I Work With
A big part of my practice involves working with both adolescents and adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about their next steps. Many of my clients are high-achieving teens and young adults dealing with anxiety, self-doubt, or perfectionism. Others face challenges like trauma, ADHD, pornography addiction, or relationship struggles. What they all share is a desire to build healthier habits and create stronger, more fulfilling connections in their lives.

If you’re someone who feels like you’re navigating a never-ending climb—or a parent supporting a child in their way to launching or failing to launch—I aim to provide a space where you can explore your experiences and work toward meaningful change.
