I'm a therapist who feels privileged to support clients through their healing journeys. I work with people of all ages, offering tools and guidance for both new and long-standing challenges. I particularly enjoy working with women in their 40s and beyond, individuals with high-functioning autism and ADHD, as well as children, teens, and parents looking to improve family dynamics. I also have experience with mental health and academic testing to provide greater clarity on challenges.
