Claudia is a proud United States Air Force veteran with 21 years of service and has a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Houston Christian University. Claudia truly understand the stigmas and difficulties surrounding mental health, especially for veterans and others seeking help. It's her mission to break down these barriers and provide a safe, nurturing environment for her clients. She was inspired to pursue counseling after she went through the counseling process. It was a life-changing experience for her and she wants to do the same for others.

Claudia has a deep passion for helping individuals navigate life's challenges and empowering them to embrace their true selves. As a counselor, she will create a warm and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. As well as equip you with coping strategies, and work alongside you to achieve meaningful changes in your life. She has experience counseling children as young as 8, teens, and adults of all ages experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship difficulties, domestic violence, grief, self-esteem, life transitions, and more. As a bilingual counselor, Claudia
is pleased to offer her services in English and Spanish.
She is married, with 3 children and 2 Schnauzer pups. Her family loves to travel, attend rock and country music concerts, and spend time together. Claudia enjoys reading fictional books, gardening, and walking outdoors. She looks forward to meeting and walking alongside you in your healing journey.

Spring Grove Counseling offers our licensed Associates at a reduced rate of $100 per visit while they are in the process of obtaining their 3000 counseling hours in order to become fully credentialed.
