We accept most major mental health insurance companies, including many EAP’s. You may contact your insurance company directly to find out which of our providers accepts your insurance. We also encourage you to call our office and speak with Debbie, who will answer any insurance questions you may have and obtain authorization from your insurance company for you to see one of our therapists. Should you find that you don’t have mental health coverage or that our office does not accept your insurance, we can also make arrangements for self-pay.

How Group Works

“Life isn’t just about me. If it was, you wouldn’t be in it. Life isn’t just about you. If it was, I wouldn’t be in it. Life must be about us.” - Adam Bertoch -

Group therapy relies on its members as the first therapeutic intervention. Without consistent involvement and commitment to the group, much of the therapeutic power can be lost. Each group member is expected to financially commit for four sessions at a time. At the end of the four week period, the group member is then better able to effectively gauge whether or not further treatment is needed.

Group meets once a week for 1 to 1.5 hours a session.
